Then promote them
/yt add (name) Player
Then reload permissions to apply the change
/permissions -reload all
Then close the ticket:
/done (ticket #)
To give somebody a lot that they filed a ticket for:
Claim the ticket:
/claim (ticket #)
Make sure it isn't already owned
/region info (lot ID)
If it is not, then give them owner permission to the lot
/region addowner (Lot ID) (Name of person)
Then close the ticket:
/done (ticket #)
